By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any taxes and shipping fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or billing errors.

Digital Products & Subscriptions
Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for:

Services & Consultations

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancelation less than [48] hours before a scheduled session forfeits the full fee.

Cancelation [48+ hours] before – refund less [10%] processing fee.
Subscription Cancellations & Prorated Refunds
For monthly/annual subscriptions:

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access until the period you paid for ends.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we will suspend your account and dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery/usage. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may charge a [~~$25~~ / £20] dispute fee.
Late Payments & Collections
